No Work Permission on Baby's Citizenship

Q. I have a visitor visa, and can I get a work permit based on my American baby?

A. No. Having a US citizen child does not qualify you for immediate immigration benefits. A US citizen must be 21 or over to qualify a parent for permanent residence.
