Chopsticks
(Kuai Zi)
Chinese have chopsticks and
spoons on the table. There is no knife at a Chinese table, because the food has already
carved and cut up into pieces either large enough for a mouthful or so well cooked that
the chopsticks can easily separate them. Chopsticks are used to lift almost all foods into
the mouth. Chopsticks are of ivory, bone, bamboo, plastics, etc.
