Fried Live Fish in Pepper Sauce
|2 slivers of live fish meat
||1 dish pepper sauce
|1 bowl corn flour
||2 cups oil
|some minced scallions and gingers
Slash slices of fish by making shallow parallel cuts on the surface. Marinade them with
scallion, ginger and salt.
Put oil in a wok. Dip fish in corn flour and then deep-fry in the wok till crisp. Take
them out and place on the top of the lettuce in a dish. Sprinkle pepper sauce and serve.
