Mix mutton slivers well with cornstarch-water and egg mixture.
Heat oil in a wok till very hot, then drop the well-mixed slivers in. Stir-fry and
separate them with chopsticks. Empty slivers into a strainer and preserve the oil in the
wok.
Put slivers again into the wok and stir again with ground pepper and paprika, salt and
cumin. Empty them into a dish and serve.
